The software solution is proven to work with more than 15 000 items of equipment. Practically, there are no limitations to the number of equipment which can be stored on the database.

For good performance during a work session, work capacity with up to ~1500 items of equipment at once is recommended (e.g. covering one or multiple process units). In reality, RBI assessments are typically performed on a unit level, and the expected number of equipment in this case numbers in the hundreds.

Multiple users can be logged on and work on separate assessments at the same time, or even on the same assessment, if they are working on different items of equipment.
