A graphical user interface linking the risk and thickness measurement showing real technical documentation has already been developed.

Equipment design drawings or refinery/process unit layout drawings can be dynamically colored according to risk. In addition, thickness measurement locations can be colored according to current thickness measurement readings based on predefined levels (e.g. nominal, corrosion allowance depleted, critical level, etc.).

The effort and time required for the setup of such an interface depends greatly on the type and quality of input technical documentation (e.g. CAD drawings will be easier to link and implement compared to scanned hard copy drawings on which Optical Character or line Recognition cannot be performed). An overview of this is provided in the attachment.
