The list of representative process fluids as given in API RP 581 Level 1 analysis is included in the system for flammable, non-flammable and toxic consequence calculation.

For each of the modelled representative process fluids, parameters such as molecular weight, nominal boiling point, density, specific heats, auto ignition temperature, etc. are defined.
