In the case of software installation on R-Tech premises, the client may carry out annual technical security audits by a third party of their choice. In this case, all costs incurred by R-Tech, and by the third party associated with the audit process shall be borne by the client.

In the case of software installation in premises defined by the customer, the customer has the right to perform third party technical security audits. Any findings in these cases can be shared with R-Tech and the appropriate mitigation actions shall be defined and specified in cooperation with the client
